Procedure for Legacy CUI

This procedure instructs end users how to handle legacy CUI. Legacy CUI is anything that wasn't marked CUI in the past, but an authoritative source is now requiring it be marked as CUI.

1. If Legacy CUI is not in environment rated for CUI, move it to proper environment
   1. If email, forward email
   2. If file, upload file
2. In environment rated for CUI, be sure to properly label the file or email as CUI
3. In the old environment, delete the email and or file and purge from recycle bin
   1. Delete email or file from any backups
