Purpose:
This is a instructional article that will assist the users in understanding how to add members to any distribution list they are a member of.
Target Audience:
- Anyone who is an owner of a distribution list.
Examples of when to use this article:
- Anytime an owner needs to add members to a distribution list.
Before We Start:
- You must be an owner of the distribution list you want to edit.
Instructions/Process:

Login to the Outlook desktop app.
- Under Home, go to the Find section and click Address Book.
- Under Address Book, select All Distribution Lists, and navigate to the address of the desired distribution list.
- Double-click the distribution list.
- Under General, select Modify Members under Members
- Click Add, then select the desired address(es) you'd like to add to the distribution list.
- Click Add, then OK.
- Click OK, then Apply, then OK.
