Purpose:

This is an instructional article that will assist the target audience in understanding how to request for an on site visit by an Ariento technician.

Examples of when to use this article:

• Client desires an Ariento technician come on site on a one time basis
• Client desires an Ariento technician come on site on a recurring basis

Instructions/Process:

1. When ready request your actual site visits, visit https://ariento.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=4428559458075 to request
2. Once requested, we will reach out to you to confirm availability and coordinate any details
   • Note: site visits are billed time and material per our discounted rate card. Any after hours site visits will be billed at after hours rates according to the rate card.
3. Once details are confirmed, the POC will receive a calendar invite via Microsoft Bookings confirming the date and time.
