The purpose of this article is to show users how to block senders who send spam emails to your account. This article is for anyone who no longer wishes to receive emails from an email account.
Before we Begin:
- If you believe this is a malicious attack (e.g., phishing), immediately forward the email to Ariento Support and not not open any attachments or click on any links.
- This process sometimes can take weeks and there are instances where the email or domain still gets through the Outlook filters.
Step 1: Single click on the email without opening it.
Step 2: Once the email is selected, click on Junk in the Menu Ribbon.
Step 3: Select Block Sender.
