Ariento no longer allows users to sign in with email and password on physical Windows devices, but instead utilizes Windows Hello PIN (optionally, fingerprint or Face ID).
If you try signing in with email/password, you will receive an error message stating "Access is not allowed because you are not enrolled in Duo."
To fix this issue, click on "Sign-in options" below the login prompt and select the PIN icon and then login with your username and PIN.
NOTE: If you have not setup a PIN, do not see "Sign-in options" or the PIN icon, or if your computer continuously defaults to Email/Password, try restarting your computer. If that does not resolve the issue, please visit ariento.com/support and submit a chat or create a ticket.
