Before We Start: This article is relevant to any Outlook user who sends from multiple email addresses and wants a unique email signature to auto apply to that email address.. For example, the email addresses could be email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, and email@example.com; each requiring their own signature.
Step 1: Open Outlook and click File in the top left corner. Then click Options in the side bar menu.
Step 2: In the pop up window, click Mail and then click Signatures
Step 3: Another pop-up will show where the email signature can be created, edited, renamed, and deleted. If needed, create additional signatures by pasting in your company's template or creating an email signature from scratch.
Step 4: Under E-mail account, select the email account for the signatures to be applied to.
Step 5: For the email account selected in Step 4, under New messages click the email signature to be applied to new messages from this email account.
Step 6: For the email account selected in Step 4, under Replies/forwards click the email signature to be applied to replies and forwards from this email account.
