Before We Start: This article is relevant to anyone needing to create an email signature in Outlook that will be applied to each sent email.
Note: Your company may have an email signature template with the company logo, colors, socials, etc. to paste into the signature creation pop-up.
Step 1: Open Outlook and click File in the top left corner. Then click Options in the side bar menu.
Step 2: In the pop up window, click Mail and then click Signatures
Step 3: Another pop-up will show where the email signature can be created, edited, renamed, and deleted. Paste in your company's template or create an email signature from scratch.
Note: Make sure the email account, new messages, and replies/forwards settings have the correct selections.
