About Druva inSync Backups

Before We Start:  Druva allows end users the ability to restore backups without having to call Ariento Support.

Note: Please see Select Additional Files for Backup for a how-to on backing up files outside of what is automatically backed up by Druva. 

Step 1: Type "Druva" into your computer's search bar to show the portal. Click Druva inSync.

Note: By default, the Druva portal opens on the "Backup & Restore" page. 

Get to know the "Backup and Restore" page.

Note: If backup status is not "Backup Complete", click the Backup Button to start a new backup.

Note:  The files circled in red are the files that are automatically backed up by Druva. Please reference "Select Additional Files for Backup" for information on backing up additional files.
